We want you to succeed from day one, so we offer an induction process that helps you find your way around during your first few months. It's primarily to help you understand Azura policy, how you fit in, the goals of your specific business unit and how these goals fit into the company's goals.

We partner with leading providers of learning to ensure our training provision is cutting edge and continuously relevant.
Our internal training and development is closely aligned to the NQF where we offer longer-termed development programmes consisting of short-courses. We are currently in the process of being accredited with the Services SETA as a learning provider.
